Shipping & Returns
Orders will be subject to usual VAT charges (for customers within the UK and those within the EU who are not VAT registered).
We aim to dispatch all wholesale orders within 1 week of receipt. During busy periods such as Christmas, dispatch times may increase slightly.

Returns
If you receive items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Please include your order number, details of the issue, and if possible, photographs of the affected items. We may be able to arrange a refund or replacement without requiring a return. If a return is necessary, we’ll issue instructions and refund carriage costs where applicable.
If you wish to return items for any other reason, please contact us in advance. Returns will only be accepted by prior agreement.
