These Terms and Conditions form part of the contract between the customer and Selbrae House Ltd.

1. Contract of Sale

All orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

When you place an order, we will send an email confirming receipt of your order and its details.Final acceptance of your order will occur when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.

Ownership of goods remains with Selbrae House Ltd until full payment has been received.

2. Prices & Availability

All prices are shown in Pound Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. Delivery charges are not included in product prices and will be added at checkout.

All products are subject to availability. While we display real-time stock information on our website, we also take offline orders, so availability cannot always be guaranteed.

3. Delivery & Carriage Charges

Orders will be subject to usual VAT charges (for customers within the UK and those within the EU who are not VAT registered).

Mainland UK

• Orders up to the value of £300 – £20 carriage charge
• Orders over £300 – Free delivery

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, the Highlands and Islands

• Orders up to the value of £400 – £20 carriage charge
• Orders over £400 – Free delivery

Scottish Highlands includes postcodes:FK17–99, G83, KW1–14, PA21–33, PA34–40, PH18–26, PH30–31, PH31–41, PH49–50, AB36–38, AB55–56, and all IV postcodes.

Scottish Islands includes postcodes:HS1–9, IV40–51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20, PA41–49, PA60–78, PH42–44, ZE1–3.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment must be received before your order is dispatched.

While every effort is made to send complete orders, we reserve the right to make part deliveries.
